Mark Evans - Non Executive Director and Chairman
Mark Evans has over 15 years experience in investment banking with experience in all aspects of fundraising and mergers and acquisitions, and is currently Managing Director of Normanby Capital Pty Ltd. Mr Evans was previously Managing Director of the ASX listed company Kids Campus Limited, and oversaw the growth of Kids Campus from 6 to over 100 childcare centres in 3 states. Kids Campus was acquired by ABC Learning Centres Limited in June 2006.
Mark is also Chairman of Dental Corporation Holdings Ltd and a director of Symex Holdings Ltd.
Doug Lomas - Non Executive Director
CFK appointed Doug Lomas as a Director in January 2008 as part of its restructuring process. Doug has considerable experience in the childcare sector and has been involved in the acquisition and development of a significant number of centres.
Warwick Smith - Chief Executive Officer
Warwick Smith was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 7 November 2007 having joined the company in April as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining CFK, Warwick held senior finance roles with Ainsworth Game Technology and TAB Limited.
Since joining CFK, Warwick has quickly established a comprehensive understanding of all business aspects of CFK. He is an integral part of the senior management team which is successfully leading the business through a transition period.
Warwick's ambition is to position CFK as one of the best providers of childcare in Australia.
