Centre Staff

All CFK centres meet the requirements set out by the Department of Community Services Regulations 2004.

Our experience is that our staff are our most valuable asse and that when our staff are happy, the children and their families are happy too.

CFK believe that the foundation of quality educational care for children lies in the experienced and qualified staff in our centres. We encourage and support staff to continue their personal and professional development within the workplace both through formal study and on-the-job training. We support a happy and nurturing environment for our staff and endeavour to provide exceptional training during the course of each year including our unique Children's Behaviour Management program.

Highly qualified staff are a key component in providing quality educational centres and many of our centres have a higher capacity of trained staff than are required by regulations.
