CFK strive to provide educational and caring early childhood services. Prospective staff who will support the values, current, and future objectives of CFK are encouraged to seek employment with our company in a variety of roles.
As staff needs are identified, suitable staff will be recruited who can competently provide the necessary skills and where possible new ideas and fresh approaches to meet the diverse needs of the company.
The process of attracting and selecting candidates will be transparent and fair for all. Evaluation of candidates will be based on matching key criteria in the job and person specifications as well as other relevant criteria. A range of selection techniques may be used depending on position role and requirements.
CFK abides by relevant legislation in relation to the recruitment and selection process and recruitment may be conducted externally and/or internally.
Our Centres are located across Sydney Metropolitan area and regional New South Wales with opportunities for employment in the following contact positions:

Early Childhood Teachers
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or similar qualification as required by DOCS.

Qualified Childcare Staff
Qualification: Diploma of Community Services (Children's Services) or equivalent - 2 year qualification from TAFE or similar institution.
Qualification: Certificate 3 in Child Studies and experience in the childcare industry.

Trainee Childcare Staff
Staff interested in undertaking a traineeship while gaining on the job experience leading to attainment of Certificate III in Children's Services.
CFK employ Administrative and Support staff who have experience or qualifications in the early childhood profession. Support Managers should hold at least a Bachelor Qualification and have a number of years experience in long day care during which they will have worked in a variety of positions.
All administrative staff are now employed at the new Head Office located at Varsity Lakes in Queensland.
