Staff Management
CFK operates Childcare Centres throughout New South Wales. Each Centre has a fully qualified Centre Director who will be on hand to answer any questions that may arise. In addition, CFK has a Support Team of qualified and experienced Childcare Staff who are in place to use their additional knowledge to assist the Centre Directors wherever necessary and to ensure that all CFK Childcare Centres are running to their full potential.
CFK's Support team are selected for the education and experience that qualifies them to assist Centre Directors as required, to ensure staff and centres meet continuing compliance requirements and to ensure that each centre has the equipment and staff training to be able to deliver the best possible community and educational outcomes.
Megan Clark is employed as our National Operations Manager holding overall responsibility for the operational success of CFK. Megan has been involved in child care management since 1999, firstly as a Centre Director and most recently as the operations manager for a large child care company.
She believes that staff training is pivotal to delivery of sound educational programs and is committed to Staff Professional Development. Megan ensures that staff receive training in all areas including Behaviour Management; Programming Planning and Child Observations; Communication with Parents; and Administrative responsibilities too; and whenever possible, she conducts the training sessions personally.
Having worked in rooms from Babies to Prep, Megan has a very good understanding of the needs of staff, children and parents and uses her experience to the benefit of the company, our families, staff and communities. She is always available to CFK Centre Directors and the Support team for advice on any aspect of childcare on which they need assistance.
